HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE VENUE HOLD?

The venue can accommodate 80 people comfortably.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD OR DRINKS?

No.  You must supply your own food and beverages.  Yes, alcohol is allowed.

WHAT DOES THE VENUE INCLUDE?

Your rental cost include the use of the space including the farmhouse table and chairs.

CAN WE HAVE A DJ?

No.  Unfortunately, out of respect for our adjacent neighbors, only a blue tooth speaker is allowed.

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL TIMES?

We offer half day or full day rentals.  Our daytime rental is from 8am - 3pm and our evening rental is from 4pm -11pm  Full day rentals are 8am - 11pm.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Being that we are located in the downtown area of Wyandotte, we do not have our own parking lot.  Guests will be required to use the available city parking lots around the venue.  There are 5 in the general area.

DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN?

We have a preparation kitchen only.  Does not have a oven/stove.  Includes a microwave, full size refrigerator and a sink.
